For the experienced user there is the command line available. Either type of user will save a lot of time through the scheduling functionality provided by the tool.
Setting of parameters is through clicking on radio buttons on the interface. But best part of it is this set can be saved and reused. Once the transfer has been started you could monitor the progress quite closely. The progress bar not only tells you percentage activity completed but also the elapsed time and remaining time. Additionally the progress bar will also display how many records of the given total have been completely exported. Thus, when these transfers are routine, this alone can save quite a bit of time for you. What is a real life saver is the log available that tells you what went wrong when things do go wrong! This is a very simple tool and easy to use data export tool.
